In death, I am free From neglectful dad to abusive stepdad

To narcissistic husband Freedom was never a choice for me

But in death, I’m free

In death, I am at peace I’m sad to have missed the lives built

The first movie made Dance recitals and new homes But in death, I’m at peace

In death, I am relieved Though I’ll miss graduations And weddings And watching my youngest grandson grow

Still, in death, I’m relieved
